Powell’s customer service personnel are ready to take your call and dispatch a technician as soon as possible. Our service team is here to provide all of your repair and replacement options. Whether you’re trying to get one more season out of a system or looking into a new, energy-efficient system, we are here for all questions regarding your indoor comfort.

  • Our service vans are stocked with many common parts to get your system back up and running quickly.
  • We have a direct line of communication with all manufacturers (to get any factory parts quickly).
  • There is always a technician available (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!)
  • If you call after our office staff has left the building, our live answering service will forward your information to our emergency service technician.

Because we firmly believe in the importance of ongoing training, we keep our technicians up to date with all techniques and information sent down from individual manufacturer to ensure that our technicians are experts in all makes and models of heating and air conditioning equipment. One of the most important results of this ongoing training is that it allows our technicians to give our customers options to meet their needs and budgets.
